Public catalogue browsing does not require an account. When you submit the quotation form, the website stores your name, mobile number, optional email, customer type, preferred reply method, requested products and quantities, requirement, optional note, consent time, and request reference.

The quotation record may also store the landing page, referring page, campaign parameters, and originating public product so staff can understand how the request arrived. It does not collect payment details, government identity documents, exact private inventory, cost, supplier, or margin data.

When public analytics is configured, the site sends a limited page-route event and allowlisted actions such as product views, calls, WhatsApp clicks, directions clicks, quotation starts, and successful submissions. Search text, quotation text, contact fields, exact stock, and session recordings are not captured by analytics.

Public pages also include Vercel Speed Insights instrumentation for aggregate performance measurements such as web-vital timings. It is not included in the private admin route group and does not intentionally send quotation form values or customer contact fields.

Deepak Corporation uses the quotation record to review the products requested, discuss availability and current rates, assign follow-up work, keep staff notes and status history, and understand the outcome. The request is stored in Neon before the website shows a successful submission.

Brevo SMTP may deliver a new-request notice to the business-controlled leads@deepakcorp.shop Google Workspace group and an acknowledgement to the email you provide. A notification failure does not remove the stored quotation, and staff can see and retry failed delivery.

The limited events help Deepak Corporation understand which catalogue and contact routes are useful. The analytics integration uses in-memory browser persistence and is disabled when no analytics key is configured.

The analytics service may process ordinary technical request information needed to deliver the service. It is not the authoritative record of a customer conversation, quotation, store visit, or sale.

Authorized staff may view aggregated browser-event reports alongside authoritative Neon lead, outcome, and coarse availability summaries. Analytics exports exclude customer contact details, requirements, internal notes, exact stock quantities, costs, margins, and suppliers.

When you choose WhatsApp, call, or Google Maps, you leave or interact outside this website. The provider you choose processes that activity under its own terms and privacy notice. Review the prepared WhatsApp message before sending it.

The private admin workspace stores authorized staff account, session, security, catalogue, inventory, quotation, notes, status-history, assignment, notification, and audit information. Staff account emails may be delivered through the configured Brevo SMTP service. Public visitors cannot access the admin workspace.

Deepak Corporation limits public data exposure and keeps exact inventory, costs, suppliers, customer contact details, and internal notes out of public responses. Quotation and operational records are retained only for follow-up, business, security, audit, and legal needs, with access restricted to authorized owner and sales roles.

Unhandled server errors are recorded with limited route context and an error digest. Request URLs, headers, submitted field values, error messages, and stack traces are deliberately excluded from this application-level error record.

Submission abuse controls store keyed request fingerprints rather than raw IP addresses. You may contact the business to ask about correction or deletion, subject to records that must be retained for legal or security needs.
